Quick Gourmet Pasta
Ingredients:
 | 8 ounces Pasta (4 servings) |
 | 1 table spoon olive oil |
 | 4 teaspoons Mushroom Oil -- Morel, White Truffle, Black Truffle, or Porcini
|
 | 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
|
Preparation & Presentation:
 | Boil pasta in 3 quarts salted water with a tablespoon of olive oil. |
 | When al dente, drain pasta. |
 | Add parmesan cheese and toss. |
 | Drizzle 1 teaspoon Mushroom Oil on top of each individual serving. |
 | Serve immediately |
